Are you aware of what you've been saying to yourself?

Most of us aren't.

But it's happening frequently.


Stop and think about it...what do you say to yourself?


Are you kind?

Are you a friend to yourself?

Do you give yourself credit for the good you do?


Or are you like most people who just see what's lacking?

And beat themselves up for their imperfections?


Take a few minutes with a paper and pencil and write down what you've been saying to yourself lately.


Do that for the next few days.

Become aware of how you talk to yourself.


This is life-changing awareness. You have a relationship with yourself and it's suffering.
